Where can I buy J_mila Beauty products?
We are solely based online at www.jmilabeauty.com
Can I get J_mila Beauty products internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada and parts of Europe.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
There is free standard UK shipping for orders over £35.
Lip gloss cases come in how many colours?
10 colour options (Gold, Pink, Plush Pink, Red, Burgundy, Royal Blue, Turquoise, Purple, Orange & Lime Green - as seen in product photos).
How do I choose my preferred case colour?
Select a case colour on the Cart page or at Checkout. A lip gloss case will be randomly selected if no colour is specified.
How long is shipping?
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and take 3-5 business days to arrive (where business days are Monday-Friday). International shipping takes 3-11 business days to arrive subject to customs clearance.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

What if I input the wrong address?
You will be required to return the mailed item(s) to us before we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
My order is missing an item. What do I do?
The shipping confirmation email should tell you which products are outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any concerns, please email us atsupport@jmilabeauty.comquoting your order number and let us know which products are missing. We will resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.
Are J_mila Beauty products vegan?
Yes, Our products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients or by-products.
Are J_mila Beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes, Our products have never been tested on animals and do not contain ingredients that were tested on animals.

Yes, Our formulas have been reviewed and approved by a licensed cosmetics assessor as safe for the UK and EU markets, backed by a CPSR.
