Refund & Return Policy
Team J_mila Beauty strives to securely package and deliver your orders in the best condition however, if your package has arrived faulty or if we have accidentally sent you a wrong order (providing the item has not been used), then we will gladly replace the faulty or wrong item as soon as you report and send photographic evidence via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Damaged items include broken mirrors, ripped cases or burst tubes.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase or change your mind for any reason upon receiving the item, then you have 10 calendar days to return the item for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) provided the following conditions are met:
- All items being returned must be in the exact condition as received by the customer and the package (either bubble mailer or box) must be sealed and the product unused.
- The customer must ensure that all labels are affixed, unbroken or unopened as well as ensuring that all temper seals are intact.
- Once we have received your returned package, we will inspect the items to our satisfaction before we issue a full refund.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refund for any opened package or used beauty product.
Please note that returning items are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our office.
- The customer must ensure that the item is securely wrapped to prevent damages.
- We cannot issue refund for items that are damaged in transit.
- We highly recommend that you use ‘signed for’ delivery service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning which also protects you against lost or damaged goods.
